I need to lose weight!
I am someone who usually don't give a f*** about my weight, but after I weight myself just now, I'm 100 kgs! (Height is around 183)
I plan to change my eating habits (which I think contributes a lot in my weight gain, I eat crazily!).
I'm going to cut a lot of meat and consume more vegetables.
For breakfast: Alternating around fruits (banana or papaya) with milk smoothie OR hot powder low fat milk (is it recommended? My mom always says that I need to drink) with 2 slices of whole meal toast.
OR if I'm in a hurry, I can just grab a tuna sandwich (same as lunch).
Lunch: 2 slices of tuna sandwich (bought from university store, fresh made) + apple.
Dinner: Lots and lots of vegetables (make a salad). What vegetables do you guys recommend? I can only stock up once (twice at most) each week as I am quite busy with uni, and also what salad dressing do you guys recommend?
Meat (boiled chicken/canned tuna) + boiled egg included in the salad every Tue, Thu, and Sat.
Brown rice with pan grilled fish every Sunday.
Add fruit if no consume fruit in the morning.
Eat salad everyday, can feel like a goat ady.
I plan to add on my exercise too, after reading this thread. Here are my plans:
- I found about HIIT training, and planned to do that in the morning and afternoon (30 minutes each session).
- Change transport method to uni (by walk, not by bus anymore).
- Hit the gym twice a week at least (Do treadmill? I'm planning to get weights so I can do weights at home, I am a tactile learner, so I tend to concentrate learning while doing other stuffs while learning, and in this case, I'm going to learn while doing weights xD).
Any more ideas?
