Before Gym and Diet :- 120++KG
Current weight :- 105kg
Height :- abt 175cm
When i start doing exercise i ddnt really care about my diet. I just go to gym do cardio and weight.
But last few months (3-4) i get serious about losing my weight and there are some motivation involved too.
So i control my calories intake. I tried MFP but ddnt work out well. Not easy for me to keep track the calories since i don't really measure my food. But somehow manage to control it by heart
I also cook my own food especially for lunch and dinner. Mostly, i work afternoon shift so i cook lil extra for lunch and dinner. There are lots of Youtube channels available to show how we can cook weight lose and bodybuilding foods. That's really help me alot. Im lil lazy to search for recipes, so i prefer to watch ppl cooking and i learn from them and tweak the recipe according to my taste-bud. But, just make sure less oil, salt and sugar. Normal Indian,Chinese or Malay style of cooking wont help a bit to lose weight.
Now days i reduced carbs and protein in my diet, i eat more fruits and fiber like oats. i believe oats is fiber. If work morning shift, B.fast skim milk 1 cup, my lunch will be 2 apples only and dinner will be Oats with raisins and cinnamon. I drink lots of water at least 3L . But i do take some snacks like 2 cream crackers and oats biscuits if i feel hungry. Mostly water help me to control the hunger.
I do cheat meals during weekends, as im crazy about fried rice.. i cook my own fried rice in the weekends. Also i cant control my diet if go back to my hometown in Ipoh. I whack whatever food my mother cook for that day.
My current plan is to get more discipline in food intake. Also goal is to reduce my weight to at-least 80kg by September this year.
