Hi all!

What type of exercise can be done in home without any equipment to lose weight as I have no access to Gym?

For skipping rope,

Should I go for something similar to HIIT?
*Skip at the max for 30 second, rest for 30, then skip at the max etc etc.*

Or just stick to a certain rep?
*Let's say jump around 1000 reps per day.*

Read about both method online but not sure which is better.

HI Guys!

Have been skipping ropes for *30 sec max, 30 sec rest* for like 5 cycles and then go for push up and sit up for every night.

Wondering why my weight actually gain?
*Eating habit didn't change, but no supper or snacks. Just 3 meals a day.*
