wow.. 4kg x 2 - tht's a lot @@

you can expand your network, find ppl who do like physical activity, most importantly you enjoy the activity, no point if I tell you rock climbing is good then you hate every moment of it.
*
Yea, I think too heavy, couldn't even run a normal 5 - 7km at all and I was already exhausted sweat.gif
Will take it as a challenge to run with the 4kg X 2 for 5 km tongue.gif

Urm, I'm lousy at expanding my network, don't have much friends around, as sometimes I can't understand some people with their mouth say yes, heart says no attitude sweat.gif
I'm certainly enjoying all kind of sports, be it rock climbing or swimming or running wub.gif

Dont take supper, really. Stop eating after 8pm. Supper is one of the reasons why people gain weight. If you're too hungry, grab a piece of apple or perhaps ONLY a cup of milk. Bread = Carbs. Butter = High in Calories whereas Sugar = Sugar. The main key to losing weight is to cut on carbs and sugar. You should try sleeping early too!
*
No, there isn't about supper or eating after 8pm will make people gain weight. I eat supper everyday, and i eat after 8pm everyday, especially during my holidays like now i'm enjoying all the food from all over the places and yet i haven't even gain any weight at all. It's about food that you eat, not about the time.

there is some effect . lets say you just took supper, then less than an hour, you straight go tidur. It is bad. Doctors advice that we should not take any food 3 hours prior to bedtime.
*
bad in the sense of?
People say don't eat rice is not good for health, so should everyday consume rice for like a few bowls? Well, every individual is different. If your supper is fried rice, fried chicken, fried sotong, fried fish and what not every night then it's a different story. If you know your body require how many kcals daily, you'll not gain weight EVEN if you're eating Big Mac for supper every night. It's all about what you know about your body and your diet and what you should and shouldn't do. Don't just listen blindly and follow blindly. Same diet program might work for that person but might not work for you.

You will weight very differently throughout the day, my plus minus is around 1kg. After exercise you would loose weight from sweating, after bladder too. When you eat you gain. Just take the plus minus a range of weight you are into.
We joined almost all the races in Malaysia haha.. but there's also night training at Desa Park City, Weekend at Bukit Aman or Kinrara area.

Be it newbies or seasoned runner we can cater too =)
haha advertising here

I dont know anything about the Basal Metabolic Rate, I guess I've google it out?? Btw excessive exercise will contribute to losing of weight?
*
refer to the post i posted above, there's a link about BMR calculator and it explains a little bit about the BMR
I don't do any excessive exercise but i still lose weight. Weight loss isn't a magic thing can be done within a day, it takes time. Sometimes you might only just lose water in body but not the fat

Everyone has 24 hours a day, no time to prepare a proper breakfast is just a lame excuse
If you're determine for weight loss, there should be no excuses at all, as it will completely break you off from whatever you plan to achieve

Sleep debt is the only debt you can never "repay" sad.gif Just have to change our lifestyles and make it a good habit to sleep and wake up at the same time. You can try Rilax zzz, it is selling in the pharmacies. It's made of natural ingredients and it's safe to take every night. Take it every night, until you can get groove in to your sleep on your own, then you don't need it anymore. The sleep supplement is clinically proven and has clinical backings, so that's why highly recommended.

This sounds good, how does it work? tongue.gif
