I think the best way to reduce weight is to increase your heart beat = increase metabolism = burn more calories ..I read an article that mentioned keeping heart beating at fast rate for 15 minutes is enough to maintain and keep everything in shape , of course must eat healthy foods as well workout schedule, with a pace of 5 min 30 sec /km.
