Guys, just want to know if milo is fattening? IM working night shift now, and get hungry all the time.
Thought of having milo once at night and once in the morning, and fruits in between.
2 spoons of milo, 1 spoon of milk powder and hot water.

Sugar drink wont help much . Sugar give energy but choose better sugar in term of fresh fruits or fruit juice..not from those concentrated. Try grab those low calories bread and apply some fruit jam if you are hungry while working

Blekkkkk! Finally got time to drop by a bit, kinda happy that I manage to eat more than usual, but very suffering, feel like my stomach is going to burst anytime! >'<
Urm, saw about workout routine, so it's not advisable for everyday workout? I cardio + triceps + biceps every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, then abs + legs + yoga on every Tuesday and Thursday. Weekend both days for swimming. A bit overwork my body? >"<

QUOTE(Microsuck_360 @ Aug 1 2012, 08:36 PM) Well, expensive gym, with lousy customer service, nothing good except those machines that I don't have at home at the moment, and the space for me to workout at home, since already paying, either make full use of it or wasting it like nothing big. I'm poor, so cannot waste money la Back to topic, my workout routine ok? I started with very minimal and slowly build to now everyday, but problem is, other than 10km run, 7km run is like nothing for me and I don't have that kind of muscle ache when first started

That would cost a lot of money too. On top of that, the gym membership still continue.

I read one of the book saying tat frequent meals can increase metabolism. The reason behind is being when u eat frequent, u will not always feel hungry and end up eating over portion. When u split ur meal, u not really need to eat heavy food. u can eat fruits, oat biscuit, etc.
when u eat frequent, ur stomach will automatically digest the food coming in and subsequently increase its metabolism.

Is it?

guys i would like to ask that what meal should i take to lose weight?
currently 95kg 5'5, wish to lose to 70+ in one year time...
i'm trying protein diet + cardio around 30mins every morning before working...
so far results are satisfying, around 500g weight loss in 2 days.
here are my routine meal
1. Pre-workout (one whole banana or without food) 2. Post workout/Breakfast (2 Eggs + 2 slice of whole grain with tuna) 3. Lunch 11am (whole meal + 1xsteamed chicken breast) 4. 2pm snack (1x steamed chicken breast) 5. 5pm snack (1 piece whole grain bread) 6. 7pm dinner (vegetables + fish in half plate)
i wanted to change my meal to this formation
1. Pre-workout (whey protein shake) 2. Post workout/Breakfast (2 Egg white + 2 slice of whole grain with tuna) 3. 11am snack (whey protein shake) 4. 2pm Lunch (whole meal + 1xsteamed chicken breast) 5. 5pm snack (whey protein shake) 6. 7pm dinner (vegetables + fish in half plate)
Is it okay? or any recommendation from you guys...thank you~
