Can be a problem with your diet. Lots of sugar? Lots of refined processed carbs, e.g. biscuits, bread, and junk?

I think it is worth mentioning that exercise should be paired with the correct nutrition and other lifestyle considerations when it comes to weight loss.

Case in point, there was a situation when members of an organisation (can't say which) did a charity walk from Allostar to KL. It involved over 10 hours of walking per day for 8 days. They thought they were very fit by the end of walk after so much exercise. They measured their body composition before and after and found that everyone of them loss muscle and gained fat! (At an average of 2% muscle loss and 2% fat gained).

Don't get me wrong. Exercise is definitely a big part of weight loss and a number of people may achieve their goals by just hitting the gym but I think for the rest, some proper advice could go a long way.

The other misconception is that of calorie counting. Calorie counting can help you lose weight but it is important to note that not all calories are equal. The type of calories (ie. the glycaemic index and load) is worth considering as well as that will determine whether that energy get's expended properly and stored as fat.

If you are interested in finding out more, feel free to PM me! I help people lose weight everyday as part of my occupation (sorry, blatant self-promotion tongue.gif)

Cut the quantity, that's all. Try to avoid oily food but cooking oneself is the vest method.

Hey why all mee goreng mee hoon goreng... rclxub.gif how see also ur menu suck...

U can have nasi campuk or economic rice, with rice + plenty of vegetable + fish/chicken.
U can also cut off or reduce rice, meehoon, mee intake, but add more vegetable and meat.
Morning u can have corn flake, fruits, bread with egg.

If u try read from 1st page of this section. U may found some ppl have more stictly Menu than ur.

May I know if I eat Maggie Mee with green bean sprouts and the soup is poured (without the soup), is it still unhealthy? I mean will it make me grow bigger, and disturbs my dream on six packs?

hello all.
i just want to share my little experience.
i started to realize about how a girl should care about her weight when i was 18.
that was the time i met herbalife product. im using herbalife to lose my weight and it works wonderfully. and still taking herbalife now for my health.
just to share from what i've learnt, the science of losing weight is simply: calorie in < calorie out
it means, we should eat less calorie from how much calorie that our body burn.
so, it is important to know our body BMR, basal metabolic rate, which is differ to everyone.
plain water is the key of success, as it helps to burn the fat under your skin and to detox your body.
that is very easy to eat less calorie, people would say just to simply eat less, but the important part is to make sure your body get the what the need in order to function well, they need enough nutrition to work and to keep your body healthy.
for me, that is the greatness of herbalife where it is the very low calorie with the complete nutrition for body.
that is the science behind it.

everyday i will buy papaya and fruit to cover up vege, as i think vege in mamak is damn oily.

The only thing you need to be cautious about is that the aircon dries your sweat faster which might cause catching cold. Dry yourself with a towel at the rest intervals.

Medical evidence please. Never encountered this in my medical studies.
