I took BRT on Sat (6/6). The frequency is consistent w/o jam (say 4-5 min/bus). The closest station for Youone is Station 6 (Mydin Station). It's so near to Youone! I think once step out from the station and you will only need to walk less than 10 min to Youone.

It'll definitely a great appreciation and even more when DaMen is up, LRT is up....

Your unit is 650 sf? fully furnished? can't compare la. some even much cheaper before me when they launched 1st block: Block B. cheaper per sf price and had 10%+2% rebate somemore.

But it's a superb location and investment! Don't worry!

Balcony with 250 sf is real big!! So you have total 900 sf of space

VP should be next year.

But the building isn't up yet. How they get the silver grad? Shouldn't to be grad after the authority done with their inspection and rating, only can get the grad? As i know the highest grad is PLATINUM

Anyone knows about the new USJ1 project "The Edge", seems really affordable price (heard RM410k for 650 sf, donno is there further rebate during launch). Would it affect You One? How far from You One?

More development, does it mean more residential units, then getting more competitors coming in, and the whole USJ1 becomes higher density. Do u think it's good?
