I am really struggling for 610 and 635, the price is difference for like 600. I am wondering whether it worth the price. is 610 reli "tat bad" that only suitable for normal usage? comparing between N45SL, N55SL, A53SM, A43SM, with all being equal on i5, but different GPU ranged from 610, 630 and 635. Urggghhh!

Preferred Brand: anything reliable (but not Acer, I heard is no good  )
2. Budget: 2-2.7k
3. Usage: MS office, surf net, online movies & musics, gaming (FIFA)
4. Preferred laptop/screen size: 14" - 15"

not really high budget , u got any laptop actually Worth the money for student use????

As long as play facebook games no lag , 15" i think is good already , watch TVB drama , and can doing assignment

not over RM2.3k if possible

laptop normal use is hdd right, if say hdd500gb change to ssd 128gb.
means my laptop only can store

so, here's my own mini review of this mighty beast...

i WILL NOT be reviewing the performance of the hardware, u can find plenty of that in the Internet, so it's pointless for me to do one... i will be focusing on the features of the laptop instead...

also, i bought this laptop in Hong Kong, so some of the configuration may differ...

let's start off with the spec of the laptop:

Audio -
this is the area that literally blew me away ... i am no audiophile, but still have my own set of requirements when looking for earphones or speakers... for a long time i have never been a fan of laptop speakers, for obvious reasons... most laptop speakers produce hollow audio with virtually zero bass or treble... Lenovo Y510 (2.1 speaker setup) and harmon/kardon on Toshiba have proven otherwise, but was not sufficient to convince me... Dynaudio is truly splendid, sound is solid, for the first time i can actually hear bass on laptops and sends the vibration throughout the whole palm rest... granted the sound is still not top notch, but it's way above the average laptop speakers in the market...

this laptop is 7.1 channel ready as well, if u ve such a speaker system at ur disposal...

please recommend laptop with 15" ips screen. 1080p prefered, 1600x900 also ok.

I got my mind set on the HP dv6-6c19tx. However, I'm open to suggestions.
From what I've (feverishly) gathered, laptop manufacturers are going to introduce a new generation of laptops (Ivy Bridge, latest GPUs, etc.) next month (May). Should I wait for a month so that my RM3099 can be spent on a better laptop (any brand. I'm not loyal to HP ) [or, so that the dv6-6c19tx's price will drop]?

Can you tell me what is the different between dell vostro 3450 (RM2019) and vostro 1450 (RM1799)? I see all the spec is the same just differ in term of thumb print and weight only. Any special reason I sholud go for vostro 3450 for about rm200 differ?
