Depends on your usage... if you're only using it for normal web surfing, light office tasks and some movies, then its the perfect choice... 13" is just nice... the U32u is quite light as well~
And with an 8-cell battery, you'd be able to enjoy very long battery runtimes  thumbup.gif

Normal usage is web surfing but is it powerful enough to run VMware?

What is VMware? tongue.gif
If it relies more on processing power, then perhaps you would want to consider the Samsung 3 series (12.5") instead, comes with an i3 processor
Samsung 3 series NP350U2B, i3-2350M + Intel HD3000@RM2099, 4GB, 500GB, W7HP *earlier variants witt i3-2310/2330M can be around RM1.7k only

VMware is the virtual OS running on actual OS lol.
Not prefer Samsung brand thou..tongue.gif

^ Dell Vostro perhaps?
Vostro V131, i3-2350M + Intel HD3000@RM1999[1.82kg], 4GB, 320GB(5400rpm), anti-glare, W7HB, colors: silver/red
Vostro V131, i5-2450M + Intel HD3000@RM2199[1.82kg], 4GB, 500GB(7200rpm), anti-glare, W7HB, colors: silver/red

There're a lot of sellers in Garage Sales selling at way lower prices brows.gif

This looks good. Seriously considering this.
But didn't see any i5 v131 in Dell website. Wondering why...

Saw it, under customization lol
