QS CAD requires CPU or GPU more? (sorry but I'm not from this field)
If CPU, then the Fujitsu; If GPU, then the Asus would be better

CAD usually would benefit more from higher RAM capacity and more powerful processing power.

Mainstream GPUs serve little purpose for it. You'll need workstation class ones for help.

i don know whether cad using gpu or cpu. . .im also not from the field hehe. . .im helping my frens looking for her laptop, she's using QS Cad. . .so which should i choose. . .

upgrade the ram and you're good to go, plus it got maroon/pink color selection, suitable for female

i have 2K budget. im considering asus A43SD i5 with gt610m 2gb.. any other laptop better than this?

was also wondering if the asus a43sd would be an overkill if just use for work and watching movies, occasionally HD movies...or is there a cheaper and better option out there?budget is below 2k..shopping for a friend..

Its not bad, since its not exactly very expensive.. but if you want you could opt for cheaper (and smaller-sized) alternatives

What's your usage? If you prioritize gaming, then this is not the best choice. If work and design then yes, this is pretty decent.

Overkill would be an overstatement. No harm having a more powerful one if you can afford it. Though if not, can always consider something less powerful but still be able to play HD videos smoothly.

hi forumer, need some help on select a new laptop

cos i only use the laptop 2-3 days per month when i outstation
so no need select a expensive laptop (RM2000 or below will be nice, ofcoz the cheaper the better)

my requirement of the laptop:
1. can open 50-80 web browser at same time, without too much lag(the web page i gonna open, got lot of photo!!)
2. battery: can last at last few hour...actually...how long can a laptop battery last after full charge?
3. display size: 14-15"
4. weight: as light as possible

pls suggest me good lap top

Yes, the A43SM with the GT630M would be much better for gaming.
