All the while using company laptop, now it's time to buy my own,
1. Preferred Brand : acer aspire s, the slim one or Mac book air or any similar slim type.
2. Budget : rm3000
3. Usage : for outlook mail
4. Preferred laptop/screen size : does not matter as I connect to monitor
Noob here. If Mac book air, can used all the office stuffs, power point, excel, PDF files etc. as my iPad does not seem to be able to open some of them. For memory to keep all my mails, can I get an external storage to link all my storage mail. If Mac book is prefer, can I link with normal all in one printer. Why the above choice, answer is Gaya a bit lah... I had all my company laptop heavy to travel around.
Thanks.

Not really familiar with MBA, but if the printer supports Macs (most do), then I'm sure it can be used... 1. Preferred Brand : acer aspire s, the slim one or Mac book air or any similar slim type.

For Windows-based ultrabooks (equivalent of MBA), can consider these:
13"
HP [Ultrabook] Pavilion dm3-1001TU (Folio 13), i5-2467M + Intel HD3000 + 128GB SSD@RM2999[1.49kg], W7HP
Samsung [Ultrabook] 5 series 530U3B, i5-2467M + Intel HD3000 + (16GB SSD + 500GB [5400rpm])@RM2699[1.45kg], 4GB
