umur Penerima Manfaat adalah antara 1 hari hingga 28 tahun (1 hari
sebelum hari lahir ke 29 tahun). Penerima Manfaat yang telah mencapai
umur 29 tahun dan ke atas hendaklah membuka untuk dirinya sendiri.

Opened sspn acc, was told by mbb d card will send to us in 2 weeks time and only hv a paper with details of deposit given on the spot.

May I know is the account number be given later too for us to log in online?

let say investor "A" deposited in sspn in January 2014 and investor "B" deposited in June 2014 and investor "C" deposited in Dec 2014....is there any different in returns for (dividends) in 2015.

if the ROI is the same, then investor "A" is advise able to put the money in FD for 11 mths in January 2014 before moving to SSPN in Dec 2014. Is this correct/better?

yes,...I think SSPN will sent you the a/c number and also a credit card like of membership card.

I dont think got difference. My colleague always waits till Nov before he deposits into the account. So yes, keep in FD for 11 months, then move over to this account.

What is the problem you are facing actually?

Anybody knows when is the last date to deposit RM6000 to get tax relief for the year? If i deposit the money on 26.12.2013, can i claim tax relief for year 2013?

I believe yes. My colleague waits till last minute each year to deposit.

This year assessment tax relief maximum is 3k or 6k ?

I did the sspn deposit through an agent booth inside a maybank branch last year by using credit card. Wonder any other bank branches or sspn office we can use credit card to do deposit?

Debit card only. Credit card no longer accepted for deposits.

Just to check with you guys before I proceed to the bank to open SSPN account for my kids, I would like to get ready all the necessary forms and documents.
Is this the correct form to fill? ( I am looking to open an ordinary SSPN account not the insurance type account)
