Had my first Myofusion Probiotic Series
I have no idea why did i choose Cookies & Cream. Lol.
Compared to ON 100% Gold Standard ( two scoops ) Myofusion is pretty thick. Cookies and Cream, bad taste but bearable. Too sweet.

Yeap, with water. Tub says 12-16oz of water, i put in 17oz in the end. Felt damn full, couldnt do my cardio workout properly. Ahaha

it doesnt really effect me. Most people told me to drink right after weights, before cardio.

Need help again. I just bought Muscle Pharm creatine. Stated at the back loading phase is not recommended. I tried to google but i cant even understand the difference between loading and maintenance phase. Could someone clarify it for me?

you said you couldnt do cardio properly, no?
i dont understand the urgency. did they say 5 minutes? or 8 minutes 27 seconds after weight then only drink the shake?

dont know man i'm a noob man i'm just taking advices from people in the gym / from forums / from bodybuilding.com who has been bodybuilding for 1 year ++ sorry notworthy.gif

Loading phase is a phase where you consume high amount of creatine (20g or more) a day for 5 days (maybe more) in order to fasten the effect of added creatine to your body. You can load it or you can do consume it normally. No different there except the timing needed for the effects to show.

Do update me personally about your creatine review because I will be buying them within couple of weeks biggrin.gif

That advices were given by people who believe the 'window of opportunity' myth. "You must consume your protein as fast as you can so that you can take advantages from your workout".

From what I've read, the 'window' is only applicable when you are training fasted.

Myo is absolutely amazing for me, and I love banana and cnc! biggrin.gif

Can't get enough of the stuff.

Try adding more water if you find it too sweet.

And why cardio after lifting? If you wanna burn fat, fasted cardio is king! smile.gif

I cant find banana. Most of them offer me cookies and cream, choc and vanilla. I swear i have no idea why i picked cookies and cream. Max i last with oreos is only 5 pieces, afterwards i'll feel like throwing out when i was overweight last time. I'm planning to stop intense cardio when my weight strikes 74 smile.gif Currently 75.9+- , been doing the same routine which is cardio after weights for 3 months, started off with 88.8kgs smile.gif

Don't need to load. Just stick with 5g of creatine a day and you still be saturated with creatine around the 3rd week.

Basically, the end game of loading and not loading will be the same.

Fasted cardio is over rated, imo. Sure it burns fat but not at that big a margin as normal cardio

Mixing with milk will make it even more thick, and probably taste even sweeter for this poor chap. I mix my 2 scoops of Myo with water until the shaker is almost full, heh.
