Had my first Myofusion Probiotic Series
I have no idea why did i choose Cookies & Cream. Lol. Compared to ON 100% Gold Standard ( two scoops ) Myofusion is pretty thick. Cookies and Cream, bad taste but bearable. Too sweet. |

Need help again. I just bought Muscle Pharm creatine. Stated at the back loading phase is not recommended. I tried to google but i cant even understand the difference between loading and maintenance phase. Could someone clarify it for me?

Just stick with 5g of creatine a day and you still be saturated with creatine around the 3rd week.Basically, the end game of loading and not loading will be the same. |

Fasted cardio is over rated, imo. Sure it burns fat but not at that big a margin as normal cardio
