Does anyone know how many grammes of creatine monohydrate is there is one serving of Carnivor? I was wondering if I could still safely take in additional creatine mono together with Carnivor.

I just tried Carnivor (Fruit Punch flavour) yesterday for the first time. So foamy after shaking as described in the instructions. I felt quite gassy after taking it too. Not sure why. Anyone with the same symptoms after trying Carnivor? BTW, don't ever try Fruit Punch flavour, it smells and tasted like cough syrup.

Just tried Musclepharm Amino1 Cherry Limeade yesterday. Taste is more on the sweet side...so even for 1 scoop, I added water till my shaker is full...I'm trying this out to see how it compares to Scivation Xtend. I wish they come out with bigger serving bottles though....

Tried Dymatize ISO-100 Gourmet Chocolate today for the first time, 2 scoops in a shaker of water (the scoop that came with it looks a bit bigger than the usual whey protein scoops..hmm). Taste-wise ok, acceptable.
