i think syntha6 has more milk contain compared to myo and dymatize xt. giving me tons of gas and bloatness.

Myo has lactase which helps a lot,syntha6 doesn't seem to have it.

No idea about Dymatize,says it has lactase online but not in the ingredients list.

I didn't depend on Dark Matter for protein tho,was more interested in the WaxiMAX™ component.

I love it,it makes recovery so much faster.

Only problem is its not cheap and the tub doesn't have many servings.
