Yea ON Whey always higher price. But price per serving still better value than Gaspari, BSN etc

Is everyone still favoring the new version Myofusion Probiotic, or switch to other whey?

Do you guys normally consume more than one tub of whey at a time, or finish tub by tub
I just have the idea of having 2 tubs at same time for different flavor switch.

Nutrabolic Isobolic - Chocolate flavor
Just got this yesterday, after 2 servings.
Thick texture, a lil tad sweet I think I would use only 1 scoop per serving. Taste is still good actually.
Good profiles from what the label says.

Try Nutrabolic Isobolic. Good profile and taste.

Bout the mixability, I find it easier to just stir directly in the cup than using shaker bottle.
Using shaker will always some leftover at the bottom.

RM185 for 73 servings.

Muscletech Creacore - almost finish with my first tub

Good result. It went better on me than Green Mag from Controlled Labs
The taste maybe the downside. It only comes in lemon lime flavor but the ingredient fenugreek makes the taste bad. Try for your tolerance.

Effectiveness - More noticeable gains than Green Mag, got me some muscle definition too. Progressive strength gain is good overall.

Value - RM100 for 80 servings. Label recommends 2 scoops per day for maxi result. Ok that would give you 40 days of servings. I had tried lower the dosage to like 1 - 1.5 scoops on weightlifting day and 1 scoop on cardio/rest day. Results are the same/very minor. If you go that way the tub would last you bout 60 days to above. I think it's good value for a patented creatine supplement. Green Mag is overpriced for me in comparison to result given.

I'd go for it again and may make it my staple creatine if no better alternatives around or would go through some creatine mono first. But internet told me Creatine HCI is the best form of creatine today.

Just bought my first creatine mono~ no scoop

It says one teaspoon but I doubt the dosing will be accurate. I suck at math....and estimate

Going to start loading tomorrow.

I'm digging the kitchen tomorrow to find a teaspoon (i think my house only got tablespoon), or else just use Creacore scoop (3.7g it says) plus my math there,lol

Ultimate Nutrition Prostar 100% Whey

Profile, 25g protein. 6g of BCAA and the label provides the amount of each amino acid profile. Plus each serving contain as low as 30mg only of sodium, I think overall a very good profile of whey in the market.

Taste - Finally my first whey which is not chocolate and I was so excited with this. Raspberry flavor. Doesn't taste anything medicinal. Texture is as usual whey blend (thicker than Universal Ultra Whey Pro). Good milky berry taste overall. However I was actually expecting for some juicy flavor and not milky.

Mixability - Stir easily well. Since Nutrabolic Isobolic, I have get used to take whey by just stirring in cup and ditching shaker bottle. Fast, Easy, Lazy. This one fits in my habit too.

Effectiveness - I get noticeable reduction of DOMs recovery from this so far. I workout 5-6 days per week and having 2 legs day. This is the most part I'm enjoying this whey.

Value - I would get 10lbs package if Musclemaniaclub (151 serving for RM310) restock it, or maybe any other suppliers. From my first tub of this, 80 servings for RM180 is good try according to aforementioned points.

Recommended.

Do you guys take multivitamin as staple all the while.
Got an extra ang pao to spend ,im looking some multivitamin rather than bcaa ..animal pak ?

Yeah I'm going to try out for difference between bodybuilding/ athletes multivits and regular ones from pharmacy store see if they worth the extra money.

My diet has all meats, veges and fruits etc. But I eat cheat meals alot and a born sweet tooth

Bodybuilding brands one are much higher price, there must be reason for that.

I bought Evogen Nutrition EVP. It's my first and current pre-workout. I hardly take it.
I would say save the money on oatmeal, banana, wholegrain bread, coffee etc for pre workout, and get enough sleep which is free.

I'm getting away from supplement really and living to why everyone advice to focus on real food. The only exception might be whey which is cheap and convenient. That's about it.

Prostar is good from my experience with it. The recovery I got from it is among the best.
I took raspberry flavor, but it get old quick. I stick to chocolate every whey I bought since then.
Best whey I've taken is still Muscle Infusion Black. Best taste (makes me crave to drink it) and recovery which on par with Prostar. But it causes bad gas, and relatively more expensive.
I get only 10lbs whey now for value. Not many brands come out in 10lbs pack though. I would get Prostar 10lbs once MMC restock them.

For those looking for good tasting whey, try Myofusion Elite Series.

Taste is real good. If you like Muscle Infusion Black you're gonna love this. Price is however expensive, RM150 for 49 servings only.

I'm trying to limit myself on protein powder dependence, so I bought it to start with that.

Never tried Gaspari Nutrition protein before, I'm liking it so far.

Yeah highfive Dan, I like that too. Bought the chocolate flavour. I'm on Musclepharm Combat right now. Myofusion Elite taste real nice I like thick texture protein, so far this and Muscle Infusion Black are my favorite in terms of taste.

Price per serving is not cool though

It comes with 5g creatine, so if I take it says 2 servings daily, am I considered overdosing creatine

If you care alot about taste then stay away from Prostar. Other than that, good profile and value.

Tried Universal whey chocolate before. Taste bland, but delicious when mixing with milk, 22g protein per serving. Good value for money.

San platinum - Good value and that's it.

Another protein worth trying will be Nutrabolic Isobolic.

I think the profile is just nice in as a whey, and better option than those mass gainer
I take 2 scoops per day and that is 58g protein, 10g creatine and 380 calories.

I'm currently on Isobolic again, taste blander than first tub I dunno they changed it or what
I think I took Muscle Infusion, Myofusion Elite and Pro Antium (all are thick texture protein) since first tub so Isobolic feel bland to me already

Will be buying Pro Antium again for coming bulk, yet to try on the new Nitro-tech
