curtain or blinds for small windows..., which one better?any suggestion?

my New house have 3 small windows at the living room.was thinking either to put curtains or blinds.any recommendation or suggestions from all the sifus here?

For this shape, roman blind is an better option. |

thanks for all the feedback. Roman blinds got highest recommendation so far. Will try to source it this weekend :-)
