On the other hand, I think if you don't want to subscribe the rights, should only go in after rights issue. Share price will drop due to dilution. 

I bought most today. 
I think it can go higher solely based on information:
- That takaful move 100% in 2 months to RM 4. BIMB holds 62% stake in Takaful.
- EPF has quietly bought a lot of BIMB shares between March and April. 

My TP is RM 3. But don't follow lah, dispose when you have enough profit.

Those who don't have OR and want to subsribe for RI - Buy OR and hold then subscribe
Those who don't have and no intention of subscribing RI -just ignore

Those who have OR and want to subscribe more of the RI can either
1)buy the OR to subsribe more
1)apply for excess application which comes together with the normal RI application forms and purchase seperate bank draft for excess (but you will not always get this excess although you apply. Unsuccessful excess application bank draft will be sent back to you (similar to IPO)
