ITrade by default is 100k. Ask your dealer to remove it. I did that (dealer will try to get approval from his boss). After that is easily cash x3 limit. I usually ignore the shares x2.

long term is few years, not few months. 

I wish it pays dividend next year or so since the profit will be increase about 4 times this year. However, if it keeps on aggressively expanding businesses, then no chance. Anyway, sai is for capital gain for me. If got dividend that's a bonus.
