Hi fellow LYN forumuers. It has been some times since I last posted. Was really busy with work. Apparently, Apple is quite an active forumer.

Anyway here's a story to share. It's rumored that Najib will call for the parliament dissolution somewhere very soon, the soonest might be within this month.

Rumours or truth, it is up to you guys to judge it. Also, we do not know how much it will give an impact to the stocks. But having said so, I think REITS are still fairly safe. My 2 cents.

Reits is price very stable i think many migrated already ..... now the buyers was more than sellers as what i post earlier (stareit) ......

Don't think this GE will give huge impacts for our stocks.

I guess election will be somewhere near september, if not - then it will be next year

Yah, many people start to realize to beauty of REITS already. Minimal capital appreciation with a steady dividend payout. That's why the yield are lower because people tend to buy it at higher price.
I remember I bought SUNREIT at 1.07. Now cooked up all the way to 1.30@
