This is the very issue one have to address. Many say buy this and that. All also buy and 'no sell'. Unlimited funds? What about emergency money? Have one made adequate allocation for emergency money? What if allocation not enough?

What I can think off is, the current price already priced in the 30c one time off div, but the ex-date is yet to be announced and we could still be long way to be there. My hunch is telling me, the price will be sideline for quite sometime until ex-date is near. This round my div from this counter will break 4 digit already

True, but doesn't really matters as I have already gained about 25% at least from capital appreciation, not to mention the share div + bonus issues that I get at 0 cost.
