The company established since 1995.
Just recently make way into Bursa.

You can check out their page: http://www.xingquan-international.com/about.html

Kind of informative too if you look into their annual report. Aggressively expanding with double digit growth. smile.gif

People like to buy overvalue things mahh  icon_idea.gif
During pre 2008, so many uncle aunty go sapu those fund, buy and buy believe stupid story like Shanghai index will go up exceed 10000 points (watever)..

Now still in 2xxx point, scare already..many of them loss 50% of principal. Reluctant to buy more.

But I truly believe it is golden time to buy China stocks now especially those blue chips ( H shares) listed in HKSE. drool.gif

Not only China lah.

Angmoh Blue Chips also got problems ones.

US and Europeans too.

Latest news is they pay their CEO with sky high pays and " hidden " from shareholders .

Many CEOs treat these co as though their own companies and some use wire tapings , same as CowGate hmm.gif

lets assume Company A business is doing very well but no one buy its stock (volume 0)
can its share price increase because of its business performance alone?

If the business performance is good, as well as tons of cashflow that give handsome dividend.
It is a "pull" factor that will lure people to buy to own it.
Just like ant like sugar. biggrin.gif
For eg.
Dlady after announced special dividend, many interested to buy, you don't need to promote and tell people to buy one, you don't need to scare no one buy.

Warren Buffett owns 10% shares of Chinese company BYD. Anyone interested? It's not listed in Bursa though...

But BYD has not doing very well of late. If Buffett had made a mistake, I don't know which Chinese stocks I can bet biggrin.gif

Let's say the volume is low, but non-zero. Its historic P/E is 10.
One year later its EPS increases by 20%. It stock price must also go up by 20% in order to keep the P/E at 10.

Hope could be Fake too.

End of last year , many hope markets crashed in first Q of 2012, but turn out to be best performing First Q in many years. whistling.gif

My personal preference is those good performance counters that pay constant and handsome dividend. But the problem is the share of this type of counters are very expensive now. The dividend yield is very low even though very generous dividend declared. ohmy.gif

How do you define handsome dividend payout? dividend yield > 10%?
