Suddenly I freak out.... I bought this early this year... Is this a good investment? I saw a lot of empty houses... HUHUHUHUHU I bought for my sister...she probably will stay there first but.. I really hope this area will have a good community... Any owner for own stay here? lets do the gated guarded thingy. And I saw world wide got their property for sale... IJM vs World Wide... which is better?

Ranking for township is one jaya- eco-hillpark-worldwide -ijm. But ijm will got exit to latar. In planning. Anyway, eventually every township will be equal or mature in 10-20 years. Ijm still got plenty of projects going on, just be patient. The neighbourhood is still young.

Type B owner alredy receive their keys early this sept, some of them already move in.

this area apparently prone for thieves, last week when i submit my defect report, most of the aluminium door for the dumpster was stolen. lucky for me they didn't take mine. so i also think gated and guarded is a good idea

if wanna do it like the showroom la... haha... but i think they simple throw the estimation haha... because i go thru every detail on my budget including furnitures... i think 70k with extension workable... nowadays extension 20k can inclusive of many things for your wet kitchen... the table top, bottom cabinet, full height tiles, bathroom door position, window, security door... just need hood and hob and it will be functional...
