May I know how can I change my password for my wi-fi?

I'm using Streamyx.

Can I change it myself or I have to go to the TMNet outlet to request for a change of password?

The reason why you don't allow people/guest/friends to use your wifi without changging the default tmadmin password for the router. Anyone with wifi access can login into 192.168.1.1 using browser and change the default tmadmin password :0

If this happen, just reset the router to factory settings. So that you can log in using factory default password for that router.

Google for instruction on how to do this on your particular modem model.

Please take note that resetting to factory setting means streamyx user password (needed for the router modem to connect to TM network & internet) will be gone also. So don't do this unless you know the password.

No question is a nonsense question. But it'd be good to try searching first before creating a thread. smile.gif

For the modem you use (Riger), you might need to install the driver given from the TM (in CD).

Otherwise, try to use 192.168.1.1, when it asks for password, type admin/ tmadmin on both username and password.

Hopefully it helps.
