QUOTE(iamwho @ Apr 9 2012, 10:40 AM) Hi hi ... does anyone have any idea of the cost (and the potentiatl complications) involve to relocate a toilet? Thanks heaps I don't know how much a bomb cost. You did not specify ground or first floor? To renovate a toilet, easily 10k. For relocating maybe add another 10k.

QUOTE(iamwho @ Apr 9 2012, 11:32 AM) haha, yes it is on the ground floor. WOW, that is RM20k in total .. that is a bomb to me but thanks for the advice ... ... was thinking of relocating the toilet (which is next to the kitchen) to extend the space in the kitchen more .. now I will consider scrapping this plan. If just relocating the door or partial of the wall it maybe cheaper. If you don't relocate the WC pipe, and hose. The expensive portion is redo the wall, tiles, floor, WC piping, than all the other small small stuff. Don't forget you need to level back the kitchen floor, and get the matching tiles / floor.

QUOTE(iamwho @ Apr 9 2012, 11:51 AM) Yes, it will def involve relocating the WC pipe and hose. I planned to shift the toilet a little further down towards the end of the house. Would it be cheaper if I get the tiles myself? Tiles is lease expensive, tiling labor sometime is more expensive. Is your double stories? if double stories, your toilet may have a pillar supporting the top floor. Better get quote from contractor. I would guess easily RM 15k +-
