have searched multiple torrent sites, found one but the download is too slow being 0Kb most of the time!
have even searched online tutorials; they do not have tutorials for these latest version though they do have for prior versions; and they're not complete in covering all the topics if I am right.

anyways, the ebooks cd at lowyat is pretty outdated some of them.

u managed to get an ebook on cs2 from lowyat; is that what you're recommending to me by what you said above?

nope...you can buy tutorials cd on adobe illustrator.. pirated got many what.. (i'm not encouraging you to buy pirated stuff though)..
