im using asrock z68 extreme 3 gen 3 i7 2700k h80 corsair cooler with 16gb 1600mhz ddr3 ram and hd 7970

i try2 play overclock 5ghz and blue screen appear LOL

anybody can teach me properly how to OC without frying my stuff

5GHz on H80 is tough. An average chip will will suffer from overheating issue resulting in unstable OC & degradation.
Better play safe at lower clock say 4.5GHz.

^ True. Mine using average chip even with H100 and good case(Haf-x) cannot even past 4.8GHz due to heat unless I'm in 18degC AC'ed room.

you ave to OC slowly mate, no need to rush. as suggested by owikh, 4.5GHz is a good start. It should do it without any issue if you know what you're doing .
