When you overclock always do in small incremental and need a lot of patience. It may take days to reach the highest Ghz with stability which they run the Prime95 for 24 hrs. And doesn't mean that 1 system specification will have the same overclock with the another system with the same specs.

AIDA64 Extreme Edition too have a System Stability Test which you can monitor your temp, fans & voltages.
