This is old project and located near Extreme park facing big lake.

One of the most overpriced bungalows or so called villa in KV.

The price was fr 4-8mil back then and subsales value can't even get higher. Not exactly u get for the money you paid, worst still the opposite bungalow, Casabella sold 2+ mil back to 2006, has even higher land than South Quay. Worst even, the main entrance facing the Lagoon Perdana, a residence for the trouble making banglas and etc incidents.

This place in bottom of mining pit. Can get very warm n v little breeze.

Went there a couple of times....that sinking feeling. I wonder if there is any appreciation at all for early birds.

I agree with the latter, not much wind/breeze.

But area not ideal, surround by Lagoon Perdana n Laguna Residendi. Land, on lower side against Casabella. Feng shui not good.

Yes i have heard about it and i think it is bloody overpriced! Lower ground in some sort of mining pit= hot as hell.leasehold sumore

can get for 4mil? looked promising if you consider the built up from propwall and access from kesas highway.

4mil seems attractive considering the location and potential. 7mil? Must really justify the price!
