Maybe what mat trying to say is, you don't need much effort to achieve 140-160kmh. Not that you don't have to floor the pedal to overtake.

OK...I think when preve is out, owner can try a drag race 0-120 km/hr by using diff method to find out the answer. Whether pedal to medal or half throttle or whatever throttle position that says 4k rpm.

I think, its more to do with malaysian driver mentality. They like to revv all the way hoping that the car will go faster... and they are happy chasing or come very close to the car in front with the mindset to tell you to get lost or move away (aka `cucuking'). Sometimes I don't know what behaviour to associate with this kind of driver .... ego ?, rush ? angry? .

This behaviour quite contrast with UK driver for example. You hardly seeing any car come close to you and everybody seems to take their time and more considerate on the road.

Reading this thread, I can see the mentality to tekannnnn for the sake of to utilize the turbo function or maybe to show off.

I don't think the color is actually blue though, based on the pictures is more like Cyan  :sweat:

In less than 24hrs from this moment...your death will be imminent. After the launch of elantra & tomorrow the preve...u know very well deep inside you that you no longer will be considered...ppl will least think about you. Sad...but true...your reign will finally come to an end...
But...in this few hours..before it happen...if words or sentences can describe, you are at least to me the best thing that ever happen to my Malaysia automotive world. You are world's perception changer, game changer, trend setter, a must to be in benchmark list, a new defination for "value for money", single hand reviving your company's name, shaken your competitors heart, you filled up the roads unbelievably, give unheard of features to the ordinary folks & prove to basher that sometimes..they too can be wrong.
Sigh...but nothing can stop God's greater plan. Forte...be it in me, your fans, your owners, your competitors, your basher, your enemies..deny all we can...but you are to us a true winner. From the day your are designed & born..you have accomplish what exactly you are meant to.."crosses everybody hearts & be forever remembered".

The CVT is kinda uncomfortable to drive in stop and go traffic, but so is a 6 speed DSG. It's only a matter of getting used to it, unless you wanna stick with a 4AT.
