Overtaking without pedal to metal is just a joke. When u don't pedal to metal, ECU doesn't know your urgency to increase speed. How to overtake? It will be very dangerous. Overtaking at 4k rpm ? Pls tell me is a joke. What i mean here is that all this ECU car need to know your intention (input) to react to it (output). If only half throttle, speed will climb slowly. Full throttle will obviously be more effective than half throttle in this case. Common sense, no matter it's cvt, dsg, torque converter gbox, or a manual.

OK...I think when preve is out, owner can try a drag race 0-120 km/hr by using diff method to find out the answer. Whether pedal to medal or half throttle or whatever throttle position that says 4k rpm.

OK. Saga 1.6 cvt owner, go test it to prove which is a better method, 0 - 120km/hr. Pedal to metal or stick to your max torque at 4k rpm.

It's not psycho. Test to find out. Nothing is more solid than a proper test result. Can saga owner with cvt test it out? Get a friend to time your 0-120km/hr with both methods mentioned?

Went to hv a look at the car just now... Felt ok overall.
Rear passenger space is bigger than persona. Higher than persona for easier entry n getting out. Good knee space. Headroom ok for 173cm. Boot space is big, but wheel arch is intruding, which reduce the usability of space. Double layer weather seal for doors is good here. Door closing sounds good n solid enough.

Exterior is so so. Not very attractive, as it's just another new look from proton. It didn't give me the wow factor. Hv to wait for a test drive to feel more about this car.

Oh my...so fast dashboard koyak....
proton should hv come out with better fitting. Ppl press hard or not, proton fans can defend by saying, oh those r not button, and u shouldn't press it.

But, in reality, somebody will touch it, kids maybe. Accidently press on it, and the whole panel will go inside...pop...LOL

My viewing of the car yesterday was ok.. but will put myself in wait n see mode.

this if anybody raped the dashboard on any car also confirm it will break

I already explain, in reality it will happen. U can go rape whatever car u like. Since it happens, it shows something to potential buyers. U can go destroy dashboard of other makes and show it to everyone here if u wish to.

U can say, it's not button, u should not touch it. Well, give u another example that will happen. U send your car for car wash, bangla gives your interior a wipe. He accidentally press on that panel for support which wiping your dashboard...POP...there it goes...What u want to do? Bangla will use double tape to stick it back for u..LOL

Nope. This is much reliable. Direct water cooled turbo. Ball bearing and best of all, there's a boost controller to limit the boost. Thus not killing your engine even if you raep it hard.
*
There something call boost controller ma...
Nothing to shout about for water cooled turbo.
