mat. what is the difference in long distance driving experience between premium and executive model? ill be doing long distance driving the most.
*
Obviously acceleration and speed up exp. For long distance, it would be more comfortable to drive with fast car one.

The Prevé now has 1,000 bookings, with CFE model is the majority.

Looks like this is a good beginning.

I wonder how many application will get rejected hmm.gif

I shall get it later this year, when my situation forces me to get a car  laugh.gif

That said, with recent reveal that the actual price will be lower than tentative ones, I think I shall take CFE as well, otherwise, no point of getting this car  smile.gif

Yerp. Hopefully everything goes well for you, Proton and bank tongue.gif

I have one disappointment with the feature's of this car, no reverse cam even in the premium variant, how come a car like this having all sorts of features like On/Off remote button yet missing out on an important feature like reverse cam!?!  shakehead.gif
*
Reverse camera, pasang outside also can ma. I think the price might be around RM200-RM300.
Maybe cheaper. Depend on brand biggrin.gif

@Mat79: Good to hear Potong is listening. Personally I like to see the national brand grow and mature. I don't care if it's foolish national patriotism, but I get warm fuzzy feelings explaining to foreigners that I'm driving a local car and hearing them say "It's not bad" with a hint of honesty in their voices.

Just like a couple of American ETAs did a few weeks back when I ferried them around in my car.

Even though mine is a "rebadge".
*
I like the way you thinking. Our people really should learning how to proud with our self rather than just praise foreigner too much.

In the globalization world, it's either u r good.. Or u r out...   The more protection u put in, the backward u going to...  Any industries...

Even nation like USA refuse to pour more $ into their own brand... Then only they will wake up to save themselves...  Same goes to Nissan...   Japanese national brand...

There r more n more brand become a global brand, instead of the brand belong to any nation...

Renault make car in Korea, etc...   Too bad..  Thats the way it is...

I get your point but for me, Malaysian mentality which always think negatively in whatever product that produced by Malaysian is need to change. Our people lack the spirit to support each other and more prefer to bashing blindly rather than use some rational thinking. This is just wrong.

Our people is not like Japanese, Korean, Germany and other country that have superb patriotism. Their own brand doesn't need protection by gov because their rakyat itself will protect their own brand. Their rakyat really know what is the best for their economy. I bet if gov doesn't protect our local brand, Malaysia is the 1st country that will being eaten by globalism.

After years of tarnished products, it's hard to get people to change overnight. Since when you felt Proton become better? Personally for me it's during DSZ period, and how many years is that? Now they want to rebuild the image brand. Slowly la, I can see the progress

It takes time to heal
*
Yerp I can understand that. I'm not blaming people that have bad exp with Proton car before. That's normal thing to happen. You mess up with me, i gonna fark you forever.
But since Proton already change their management and they do show show some effort to change, i'll support them but i do think too they need to progress more fast.
If they really mess up with don't care attitude in future, people can force them to close shop already or simply force down all current management in to dustbin.
