the upcming audi A4 with 1.8 TSI engine ( turbo) is also using CVT!

I personally prefer DSG lol. But revving up in a CVT with an adequately powered engine is so buttery smooth nobody in the effing car will notice you're already at 180.

Funny my first experience with a CVT was in Gran Turismo 3 (it was a Honda Fit), and I hated it like heck. Sadly in real life I'm too lazy to drive a manual lol.

How abotu top speed bro... did u try push higher then 140kmh and how is the ability to climb after say 150kmh?

ha..ha..i said turn off esc n tc for a while to enjoy everything without electronic interuption, thats all but beyond 150kmh, all will kick back automatically for safety reason.

In full cvt mode,4k means the best balance between torque n hp produce. If beyond that, torque is lesser but not much, unless using paddle shifter, so, pedal to metal applied.

Just for enjoyment, not for daily driving. Btter let esc n tc on(one button for both function)

Even nation like USA refuse to pour more $ into their own brand... Then only they will wake up to save themselves...  Same goes to Nissan...  Japanese national brand... 

There r more n more brand become a global brand, instead of the brand belong to any nation...

I get your point but for me, Malaysian mentality which always think negatively in whatever product that produced by Malaysian is need to change. Our people lack the spirit to support each other and more prefer to bashing blindly rather than use some rational thinking. This is just wrong.

Our people is not like Japanese, Korean, Germany and other country that have superb patriotism. Their own brand doesn't need protection by gov because their rakyat itself will protect their own brand. Their rakyat really know what is the best for their economy. I bet if gov doesn't protect our local brand, Malaysia is the 1st country that will been eaten by globalism.
