Nice info! Any saga replacement or small car with the cps cfe 1.6..it wud be dang nice having something like a polo tsi..or saga engine replaced with the cps cfe.

You were there with a couple of friends right? I mean the guy test driving the car before you was a chinese guy wearing uniform while his SA is the Indian fella? If yes then that was me laugh.gif

the indian fella not really that knowledgeable. asked him how to change to radio as it was in GPS mode and he doesn't know doh.gif asked him how to open the boot via the remote and he said theres no such feature doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif should've asked the girl to serve me instead laugh.gif

so what you think of the car after the short drive? laugh.gif

Will need to see how the sales of the so called global car. Good sales worldwide means proton got good brand acceptance across the globe which translate to good profit and then proton will have money to develop sports car. Else they need to produce car with high demand only. Another option is to rebadge tongue.gif

Seriously, proton have to consider the pricing, the new hyundai elantra (avante) is selling in south korea from RM40,000 to RM52,000. If 90% of material is sourced from here, why is proton's price tag from RM60K. Check out this site http://www.automotifme.com/2011-hyundai-el...aavante-review/

Actually i got the info from lots of my friend working in Proton.
Plus a new Savvy with turbo too or a bigger engine.But that is next year i think.
