Hi.. Can anyone guide me on this?
I just got the key for an old house in PJ, but subsale la..
Now I want to renovate the balcony extend abit, instead of sliding door I
also want to make it as window, also same with front porch small renovation
to beautify and modernize it..

Small renovation only, do I need to apply for Approval with MPPJ?
Anyone know how much time needed for Approval?
What are the fees incurred?
I must ask civil engineer to draw up the plan or I dont need to?
How to apply for Approval? Must go to the MPPJ office and what document needed?

Thank you so much.
Hope to get some feedback here notworthy.gif

Sounds like you're just changing the sliding door to a window. You're not planning on extending to include the balcony as a space within your house?

If not, don't think you'll need MBPJ approval with the exception of approval to place a tong outside your house if necessary. That can be done within a day at the MBPJ office.
