i watch 1st episode and i continue with manga from chapter 1 till latest , nw have to wait for new chapter to release.

HOLY SHIT WEIH KUROKO'S BASKETBALL EP 4 f***ING DAMN AWESOME EPISODE WEIH

really good in keeping the story pace
it's so tension the whole episode

the tension reminds me to Slamdunk when I watch it at TV, a scene of one shoot take about 5-10 minutes of the airtime...

sure as hell aint no slam dunk, the pacing is seriously FAST lol

episode 5 is a fast change of action to comedy...
lot of lol moment in it

Aomine, i think he's the strong forward in GoM, and strongest player in GoM. however, the captain's skill is still not yet shown, so he may not actually be the strongest player.

compared to the other GoM members, Kise seemed to be the weakest trollol

Atsushi is stronger than him? well if a member of the team is considered the ace, then i think we can safely assume that he's the strongest right?

not really, i believe kuroko will be easily beaten by very good players. it has been proven that players with eagle eyes and good sense of surrounding will be able to get used to his playstyle and counter him. why he's able to do the misdirection is because his presence is barely noticeable. a very good player will be able to detect his movements.

also kuroko's playstyle has a time limit. once the opponent team gets used to his presence then his playstyle is almost obsolete. that's why kuroko needs those 'ball punching' skills so badly

the ace is usually given to the best offensive player in the team which is Aomine as he have both the skill and speed to slice through the opponent's defense...

I just marathoned episode 1 to 13 a few days ago. I've a bad feeling that I'm watching this for the wrong reasons LOL.

But for some reason I like this... the characters better than those in Slam Dunk. Tbh I have very little memory about Slam Dunk, but what I can clearly recall is how much I despised Sakuragi and Rukawa as the main characters. At first I had a bad feeling that this is gonna be just another sports anime with stupidly arrogant leads. But Kuroko and Kagami proved me wrong. I mean, at least Kagami is trying to show respect to his seniors and that's what I like about him.

No offense, I don't hate Slam Dunk. I just disliked the two main leads.

and the final part of episode 18 is just like some weird flash back slide show

they didn't skip the food testing part

with the current episode reaching 20++ i wonder will the anime have a chance of continuing in winter cup or just end in a hang and need to wait for another season...

don't think so... pretty much they'll stop it before winter cup preliminary... and they can wrap up winter cup in another season when the arc ends on manga

One of the best anime of this year. Can't wait for season 2. Kuroko no basket and slam dunk are my top two favorite sports anime.

I know Aomine is the ace but Kuro says that Generation of Miracle already improve a lot so I thought there's possibility that Akashi or Murasakibara become stronger than Aomine.

Beside, in shounen, the strongest last boss always appear last. How would you manga reader rank those generation of miracle? From what I see in anime so far, this is how I rank them.

1. Aomine
2.Kise
3. Midorima

What about Akashi and Murasakibara? Have the manga show them playing? How would you manga reader rank the entire generation of miracle?

By the way, does anyone know what is Kuroko position? Is he point guard?

As long as he hasn't STEPPED out of the court, he was still in air when he was 'flying' outside of the court. Perfectly legal, as long as you can put the ball in with a high angle shot.
