my 3gs battery was so bad to the point that i need to recharge more than 6 times daily. urgently needed repair. took forever to reply pm, not replying whatsapp, not picking up call. i travelled to puchong and no one picked up so i had to travelled back to cheras. really disappointed with the customer service bro. hopefully this can be improved. cheers
