if lets say i already flash to midnote 3.0 ,and i wna go back to gingerbread,but i didn backup or flash abyss kernel,what shud i do?and if i wna flash to midnote 3.0 for the 1st time,i shud backup 1st tru cwm recovery 1st then flash abyss kernel then only start the steps to flash midnote or what?

.i am going to flash midnote 3.0 for the 1st time.so the steps should be back up via cwm recovery first,then flash abyss kernel and after that only follow the steps of flashing midnote ryte?but i understand that there is also a kernel flashing in one of the steps in flashing midnote 3.0.so should i flash abyss kernel only after i already have midnote 3.0 running on my phone?i am just a little bit confused with the sequence.thanks in advance.
