Hi Guys,

Hope you still remember me from the previous thread - SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE™ | V9 with my never ending problem. For your info, I've went back to the Samsung Shop @ S73, AEON Jusco Tebrau City Shopping Centre and informed their sales person.

Both of us tried again on the Samsung Galaxy Note Display Unit and joyless to inform that this time the testing was unsuccessful. The exact same problem that I'm facing with my own SGN. When I asked why, he said that my Yahoo! email account is problem. He is trying to escape away by giving that kind of excuse seem I've logged in using my Yahoo! Business Account into their default internet browser. For me, this is totally NOT a smart answer and doesn't solve my problem at all. Please advise what should I do next. Who is the most appropriate party should I email my problem to? Samsung or Yahoo? Does anyone of you have the customer service email contacts for me to send further inquiries pertaining this matter?

P/s: I've attached the screenshot of the Compose Area Problem from my Yahoo! BUsiness Mail.

I've yet to solve COPY & PASTE problem for my Yahoo Business Mail Account via Internet Browser. Since day 1 I'm facing the problem using the default Internet Browser for SGN, I've been downloading almost every alternative Internet Browser in Android Market such as follows:

  blink.gif
1. Firefox - Can Copy text but there is no Paste function at the Email Compose Area. The Compose areas seem to be freeze and cannot input any text for body email but can fill in the recipient name & email subject. Basically the Copied Text will be copy to clipboard and can be paste to other application of SGN EXCEPT in the same Internet browser.
2. Opera Mini Browser - Same problem as above.
3. Skyfire - Same problem as above - Same problem as above
4. Dolphin Browser HD - Same Problem as above
5. Ninesky Browser - Same Problem as above
6. Yahoo! Mail App - Do not support my Yahoo Business Mail

As alternative, I had to configure Pop3 Account of my Yahoo Business Mail using the default Email App on SGN which is very dull (coz only can compose Plain Text). What I want is Rich HTML Email Format in composing price quotation to clients.

The funny thing that I still don't understand is how the sales person of Samsung Kiosk at Level 3, AEON Tebrau City, JB (nearby Machines) can do the COPY & PASTE text action successfully within the default Internet Browser.    cry.gif

No point of having SGN but doesn't solve my problem to email on-the-go. Back to square one sending out emails using my MacBook. I thought I could leave my MacBook at home and just carry this wonderful multi-tasking gadget and do all my tasks while on-the-go. Pray hard for a solutions. I would be extremely happy if any of you guys could advise me on this.  icon_question.gif  notworthy.gif

Actually you can copy & paste text from your browser to your email, if you are using the stock browser just highlight the text and click the share button on right top 2nd button then select your email..

Thank you for your guidance. However, I want to do the same behaviour as I used to reply within the Yahoo! Mail Website itself. Please refer to the below picture.

I've send my enquiries pertaining the problem above to https://contactus.samsung.com/customer/cont...roductType1.jsp

Does anyone knows how to send to Yahoo! Customer Service? I'd like to seek answer from Yahoo! team as well. sad.gif

3. Skyfire - Same problem as above - Same problem as above
4. Dolphin Browser HD - Same Problem as above

6. Angel Browser - Same Problem as above
7. Yahoo! Mail App - Do not support my Yahoo Business Mail

Try Angel Browser. The interface is very neat & well-arranged icons and features. Listed in the best applications for Android year 2012.

Never have such problem on mine on various browser n email app

Thank you Mr. Benny... Hope you could demo composing an email using Yahoo! Mail via Samsung Galaxy Note default internet Browser and take a screenshot of it. Hope you could share the screenshot of it in the following post. (At least I can show them as a proof that others SGN have no problem composing email thru their default internet browser. Please... icon_question.gif
