I think of get a case & SP for my note 2. Any good recommendation?

Hi all, just wish to share my experience that i deal with TS.

I had order my SGP Incredible Shield 2 weeks ago. The parcel had reach me safely yesterday.

UNFORTUNATELY, the box of the shield was seriously damage due to improper handling or transportation. The box is compressed and run out of shape causing the screen protectors inside also bend and shows small dented.

I am so down and disappointed on the spot. I also start to worry on how to settle this issue as i had facing a very bad experience with a so call "famous and reputable" seller in lowyat on similar issue.

I sms TS immediately and surprisingly i receive his reply within a minutes. He apologize in the first place for the issue and offer me a solution of refund or he will resend me a new set without asking for photo / how bad is the condition. Secondly he only ask about the condition and request me to send some photo for him.

What i am try to highlight here is the fast respond and his first reply is apologize and offer solution. This definitely will make a customer feel much better and comfortable.

When he received the photo, he double confirm that he will full refund without asking much. He WILL NOT act like other seller i experienced before who try to push the responsibility to 3rd party such pos laju etc then run away from the problem.

It is not easy to get a good quality product but it will be even much harder to get such a responsible and reliable seller like TS! This is the first class after sales and follow up service i am looking for years in online trading. I will definitely deal with TS in near future.
