Since many have asked what's the difference btween Neo Hybrid and Neo Hybrid EX, I guess there are still out there don't know about SGP, hence there is market =)) rclxms.gif
So, I decided to come up with this:


See pictures below... NH covers the back, while NH Ex doesnt.
Both fit extended battery case well, coz the inside is flexible. (more explanation after pictures)

Both comprises of 2 parts, which are interchangeable, and are not together:
1. UV coated hard polycarbonate (outside)
2. high polymer coated soft premium silicon (inside).

You can combine NH's outside with NH ex's inside, or
NH ex's outside with NH's inside

If using squeegee provided can't remove it, it must be dust particle.

Officially, it's not recommended to take off and reapply.
I will seek for possible solutions for you if there's any.

Hi all, just wish to share my experience that i deal with TS.

I had order my SGP Incredible Shield 2 weeks ago. The parcel had reach me safely yesterday.

UNFORTUNATELY, the box of the shield was seriously damage due to improper handling or transportation. The box is compressed and run out of shape causing the screen protectors inside also bend and shows small dented. shocking.gif

I am so down and disappointed on the spot. I also start to worry on how to settle this issue as i had facing a very bad experience with a so call "famous and reputable" seller in lowyat on similar issue. vmad.gif mad.gif

I sms TS immediately and surprisingly i receive his reply within a minutes. He apologize in the first place for the issue and offer me a solution of refund or he will resend me a new set without asking for photo / how bad is the condition. Secondly he only ask about the condition and request me to send some photo for him.

What i am try to highlight here is the fast respond and his first reply is apologize and offer solution. This definitely will make a customer feel much better and comfortable. thumbup.gif

When he received the photo, he double confirm that he will full refund without asking much. He WILL NOT act like other seller i experienced before who try to push the responsibility to 3rd party such pos laju etc then run away from the problem.

I would not recommend buying SGP HardBook for note 2.
Quality control is bad, glue came loose after 1 day of usage.

Seller explained I would need to send the case to him. He would need to send it to his distributor overseas.
His distributor would need to check. His distributor would need to send a new case. And then seller would send it to me again.

I think my wife would not be too happy with how long she would have to use the phone without any casing, so I'll go with his earlier suggestion of using superglue.
