Ever seen a car with higher hp , with almost same body weight... but run slower than lower hp one?

Want to get info on extra skirting and front grill to make it more like lancer also cannot.. you know ppl install add on , or theme on their android to make it like iphone... ya man.. Right?.. never hear iphone ppl install theme to make it like android.. later..i go check out preve |
