Yes. You are messing with the exhaust/engine system.

Most here will tell you "If got problem change back ori go claim" sounds like a good idea if it works

means on my routine 10k service if they see supersikit extractor on my car they will go "oh u sudah change ur exhast system, i void u punya 3 year free-labour warranty, u later bayar parts+labour charges."???

Scared get 215/50 later full load with passenger the tyre would hit the fender lo. But see la, test with 215/45 first, later when need to change tyre, I'll change to 215/50. I did check the meter reading and such, seems similar with stock tyres.

Cuz when I first got the car, I checked the meter reading against gps meter reading, there's around 8km/h variance. Now with smaller tyres, its still around 8km/h variance, max was 10km/h variance. I can live with that la.
*
u can check from here > http://www.1010tires.com/tiresizecalculato...-cde-gen-by-svr

215/45/17 is actually past the 3% diameter difference which is not recommended.
the 50 tire sure won't hit fender because it is similar diameter with the stock 205/60/16 rims, unless you lowered down your car with aftermarket springs.

I'm also going to change my rims soon, will be going for 225/50/17 most probably.

Hmm. Suddenly feel the need to autofoam/automat. Last night driving after rain, noticed just how noisy the ass was.

Considering going to this guy: http://is.gd/QcJyN1

Seems cheep and yet not that bad.

Maybe spreading a thick blanket inside the boot like miuk said wasn't a bad idea after all.

Wei guys, lets do something on Wed lol.
*
me too thinking of doing autofoam, just changed my rims and tires today and think the tire noise got louder than the standard wheels rclxub.gif

but is this autofoam thingy really effective in the improving NVH area??

Wah.. so many ppl super sakit jor.... all poisoned by sothy's 6 months own installment plan...

Btw to those wanna do chassis foaming... its not for comfy. Its for handling, pls dun get the wrong perception. However if you foam whole car meaning the pillars and subframe, then your car could be too stiff and not comfy anymore...
*
ok i get the part about the not comfy, but does it help in reducing noise like tire noise or kapchai running past??
