Placed an order for a Steel Series APEX RAW ILLUMINATED WIRED USB KEYBOARD Black and a Logitech G300 Wired Laser Gaming Mouse Black through Lazada Malaysia website (http://www.lazada.com.my/).

26 June 2013:
Received package but package not properly packed and dents on all four sides. Received Steel Series APEX RAW ILLUMINATED WIRED USB KEYBOARD Black is not as advertised.

27 JUNE 2013:
Emailed Lazada Malaysia customer service regarding the matter.

28 June 2013:
Lazada (M) replied to return the Steel Series APEX RAW ILLUMINATED WIRED USB KEYBOARD Black item.

Requested Lazada (M) to clarify whether they have the item as advertised.

Lazada (M) replied "problem arised due to the item was wrongly tagged in their warehouse" and tagged the request ticket solved when in fact it is still not solved.

Informed Lazada(M) the issue is not solved.

29 June 2013:
Lazada (M) replied "due to some technical issue and system glitch the item number was assign wrongly, please kindly send the item back to us so that we can replace the real item for you".

1 July 2013:
Shipped the item back to Lazada (M).

3 July 2013:
Item delivered back to Lazada (M) successfully.

5 July 2013:
Lazada (M) replied "Your replacement unit is currently under process and expected to reach you in the next 2 -3 working days.".

6 July 2013:
Received the replacement unit but it is the same keyboard model I received and returned earlier. Requested Lazada (M) to clarify the difference between Steelseries Apex [RAW] Keyboard Black and Steel Series APEX RAW ILLUMINATED WIRED USB KEYBOARD Black as advertised and to advise when will I receive the correct keyboard.

8 July 2013:
No response from Lazada (M). Sent a friendly reminder.

9 July 2013:
Still no response from Lazada (M).

13 July 2013:
Still no response from Lazada (M). Checked Lazada website. Steel Series APEX RAW ILLUMINATED WIRED USB KEYBOARD Black item was removed from the site. Only left with Steelseries Apex [RAW] Keyboard Black item.
