I bought a 32" Panasonic LCD TV from Lazada.com on 22/12/2012 and requested to ship to Kota Kinabalu. Today I received my LCD TV in a good condition via GD-Express. I don't understand why there is so many negative feedback about Lazada.com. Maybe I am considered a lucky customer or Lazada has improved their service?

However, I would like to emphasise here is shouldn't we Malaysian give support to our home-grown setup online companies in order to make Malaysia a better place or more advanced in e-commerce industry? Look at UK, USA or even China, these countries are so advanced in their e-commerce services which benefited their residents for online shopping.

Last but not least, I don't represent Lazada.com. If anyone would like to challenge my words to support Lazada I can produce receipt from Lazada, shipping status from GD-Express, signed consignment note and even the images of my 32" LCD TV I bought.

I took taxi ONCE the last few years and service was good. I wonder why so many -ve feedbacks on taxi... maybe I am lucky.

once successful experience DOESN'T NULLIFY other bad /failed ones.

i tried to order stuff from them once but like what happen to most other buyer, it was out of stock. but i just knew about it after 10 working days only because i request the shipment status thru phone call. if not they will just keep quiet, so then i just ask for refund.

but something funny spread across facebook today. it was a screenshot of a failed Lazada Malaysia facebook admin attempt to praise their own company thru facebook comment but seems he/she forgot to logout from Lazada account: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10151345308799572

and that was epic smile.gif

Your reply is truly appreciated. However, I personally don't welcome any offensive language here. There is no company in the world can run the business or operation 100% perfect. If the company has improved itself like Lazada, shouldn't its services can bring benefits to online shoppers?

How do you define offensive language

And if you're not representing Lazada why are you spamming their fb page?

So how do customers benefit when they buy iPhone 5 from Lazada? Benefit by paying more than the official apple store? http://store.apple.com/my/browse/home/shop.../family/iphone5

Unfriendly phrases. Everyone has different interpretation so maybe in this case maybe you guys are just over-reacted about my + ve comment about Lazada service. If you need me to produce documents like Lazada Invoice, Signed C/N via GD-Express, Images of TV I bought to proof that I am represent Lazada, please let me know. I am willing to produce over here.

Me, being a resident from KK, Sabah and I truly impressed how Lazada can arrange to courier a 32" LCD TV to my place within a week. No damage done at all. The price I bought is very cheap as compared to if I were to buy from any electronic stores in Sabah (Atleast RM300 ++ more if to get from the physical store). I posted my comments in their FB just to show my support to them. I hope their service can be recognized so that ppl can truly benefit from online shopping for cheaper stuffs and get things delivered to your doorstep.

Hope this explanation clears.

From now onwards, I won't response to any of comments/replies about my +ve comment for Lazada service. Things get more personally and more offensive here.

Wishing you all have a wonderful Sunday and Happy 2013.

sorry late reply
yeah it did only after a week of waiting and constant email :/. There's a but, I received a different phone although not a completely different phone. I ordered a Samsung Champ II C3332 but they gave me Samsung Champ C3312 Deluxe Duos ,but I didn't complained because the price was about the same and I liked the design. They have told me in email that they are waiting for the stock(phone) to arrive to their HQ from warehouse. But the question is why did I received a different but almost the same phone. Was it an error or were they trying to fool me because they didn't had the stock (note that at the time the Champ II C3332 was featured on front page. Other than the lazada facebook controversial comment. I noticed other things like obvious false details on products, can you sue them for that?example example 1 also comments that really looks crafty on some of their page,I forgot which but look out for repeating positive comments with same comment style.
They don't have enough budget to hire people? or janji dicapati whistling.gif
