is there a way to delete my character and remake other class? i am aware i can only create 1 character for free?

anyone is having heavy lag in the global servers? are all the ships located in somewhere USA? cause i am having lag during our night time with no damage counter showing or registering at all.
not sure if there is any other ships that is located around asia region? |
