i will play on Asiasoft server. I like this game and really want to know all the story and dialogs of the npc. I dont want to be bias just because of the publisher. Better then NA server that give just a bit better service but gameplay become cripple because of high latency on our connection.

Some ppl like me are taking latency seriously. In this case latency is the highest metric for me.
Talking about price of item, buying game credit for NA server usually cost higher here in Malaysia due to reseller price.
Buying using paypal (since im not comfortable using directly my debit/Visa card) to buy from global company will cost more because of tax.
And i too play in JPN server ship08 even though havent get to high level and feel that this game doesnt need much item from item mall.

And i like to say here that i am not an Asiasoft's sympathetic or anything but i like to play on local server compare to NA if i given a choice. I dont really give a damn if it Asiasoft or RunUp or MyRosso or even Cubinet for that matter.

the only game i know of from Asiasoft that have IP block is RO2sea.
which i believe they do it because of sheer pressure they received from others license holder for that game.
Asiasoft is too greedy to make pass for more income if they can. Dont hold them in high regard from just 1 game.


BTW i started a new char on ship08.
still only lv 17 at this time.
having problem with client order from Alfin "Trigger PSE burst"
lol i dunno how to exactly trigger it. Last time i play it just trigger automatically from just doing quest.

i used to play games from Gamania TW. Dragon Nest and Getamped. they are better than CherryCredit let alone Nexon NA.

i dont think there is an official ship for english speaking players.
both ship02 and ship08 are only consensus between players that speak english from other forums and blogs.
i think both ships have almost equal number of english speaker.
some of us even play on other ships because during earlier stage both ships overload and closed for new char.

as rikimtasu said in the post before. use the pso2 tweaker for english patch.
it is easier to update the story patch using it without need to redownload a whole new big file patch everytime there is an update.
iinm u need only to download the 1.7GB eng story file and if AIDA update a new translation it will only download new file.
i've been using the pso2 tweaker by AIDA for sometimes now and it really easy since it will check for new eng translation everytime u load.

yea thanks for the head up. I just found it today. It quite neat eventhough it doesnt fully translate all the descriptions of items this is enough to help me play. Now i can clear up some unused misc item in inventory. Before this keep piling up the inventory because dont know which 1 need for quest and which 1 can safely discard. I also found 1 skill reset card in the inventory. lol didnt know it exist before this.

i dont think i have found any F2P publisher that has/provide clean and smooth management yet.
all of them have problem in certain part of their management/service.
for me Asiasoft is still not the worst publisher in SEA yet.
the worst in SEA for me is still Cubizone. (hope they can change my perception to them after they publish Yulgang2 later)

technique need to change class that use technique la.
if hunter of coz cant equip technique.

yup need disk just like photon art.
Ranger also cant use tech. i think.
just change to Force.
i might come back playing if have time.
also interested to play as Dewman for Braver. but lazy to create a new char.

my older rig running this on 9600gt and 2gb ram.
even get to 45fps on low setting.

run the exe setup file to start the installation.
gonna stay and play this sea server even though i miss my Braver.
in JP server im forever alone.
