the most easiest method is either sutocorp or cn-usa

or..if u have friend in japan, use your friend instead of sutocorp or cn-usa

Sutocorp is one way but iinm play-asia also sells the Webmoney vouchers.

as rikimtasu said in the post before. use the pso2 tweaker for english patch.
it is easier to update the story patch using it without need to redownload a whole new big file patch everytime there is an update.
iinm u need only to download the 1.7GB eng story file and if AIDA update a new translation it will only download new file.
i've been using the pso2 tweaker by AIDA for sometimes now and it really easy since it will check for new eng translation everytime u load.

i think there's that item translation patch that AIDA inputted that translates items in the game,making the whole game look westernized

yea thanks for the head up. I just found it today. It quite neat eventhough it doesnt fully translate all the descriptions of items this is enough to help me play. Now i can clear up some unused misc item in inventory. Before this keep piling up the inventory because dont know which 1 need for quest and which 1 can safely discard. I also found 1 skill reset card in the inventory. lol didnt know it exist before this.

try enabling pso2 in your firewall or disabling your antivirus,its apparently a gameguard error

But I got black screen after launching the exe

tryed, both windows firewall and antivirus firewall still the same, i didnt use any tweaker, turn on/off DEP dont seem to help also, thank you for trying to help

have u done JPSO2 Ep2 patch files?
Or try to recheck the files using default game client JPSO2, some files is missing.
Must update all files before using tweaker to apply English patch.
