hello cx 5 owners

Thinking of getting cx5 2.5..was thinking if anyone could give me some sort of a long term review and conclusions about this car in terms of reliabilty or any issues. Any existent funny noises anywhere? I'm aware it's cbu japan but just wanna be sure.

What's the experience at mazda service centre? They ok? And do they happen to provide fully synthetic engine oil? What brand and rating eg (0W, 5W etc)
